Fabric Surface Defect Detection Using SE-SSDNet

چکیده

For fabric defect detection, the crucial issue is that large defects can be detected but not small ones, and vice versa, this symmetric contradiction cannot solved by a single method, especially for colored fabrics. In paper, we propose method based on combination of two networks, SE SSD, namely SE-SSD Net method. The model SSD network adds module squeezing Excitation after its convolution operation, which used to increase weight feature channels containing information while re-preserving original extract maps different scales detection. global features are then subjected operation obtain weights channels, multiplied form final so pay more attention channel with amount information. way, large-scale detect defects, small-scale relatively thus solving asymmetry problem in experimental results show our proposed algorithm six fabrics, basically meets practical needs.
